Subscription Terms – The Big Swing

1. Subscription Overview

The Big Swing – Inside the New Golf Economy is a paid subscription product providing access to premium editorial content, including newsletters, articles, and related media.

2. Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions are billed on an annual basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing. Your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate (currently $175/year) unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.

3. Founding Member / Promotional Offers

Promotional pricing (including founding member offers) applies only to the initial subscription term. Upon renewal, subscriptions will renew at the standard rate unless otherwise specified.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access through the remainder of your paid term.

5. Refund Policy

All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

6. Access & Use

Subscriptions are intended for individual use only. Sharing login credentials or distributing paid content is strictly prohibited.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, features, or benefits at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to future billing cycles.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the subscription for violations of these terms or misuse of the service.
